Spirit of Puma / Shaman Pet spells

Spirit of Puma Level 50 combat innate (weapon buff proc) does not land on my bot. After casting the spell i get a red message that says "you must first target a group member". Bot is always in my group and he already takes have the xp so shouldent this spell work?

Shaman pet spells according to allkhazam are sold in pok at •Mystic Goharkor but i have checked and there are no pet spells on him. Could they be added please?
