-Fixed zone crashes resulting from the use of #bot malo, slow, heal, nuke, and grphl commands while not having the proper class in the group.

- Lowered all monsters from classic to PoP's resists so none have resists higher than 100. For some reason, once an NPC's resists break 100, they begin resisting like crazy.
- Added vials of prismatic dye to Foran Harbasher (custom alchemy merchant in PoK)
