- Made the custom arena events (tier 1 custom content) not require downtime between battles.
- Added in task for beginner gear to complete simultaneously with the bot quest
- Added checks to porter in PoK so people don't accidentally burn 100pp trying to port to a zone they are not yet flagged for.

You rock Pelican! Seriously, never seen someone take feedback from users and deliver so quickly! One thing though.. please don't randomly disappear and shut down the server like so many others have! This server is far too fun, I don't want it to go away. lol
